For print-on-demand merchandise, minor variations in print placement, scale, or appearance may occur as part of the production process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product descriptions, availability, specifications, pricing, and offerings may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

3. Made-to-Order & Third-Party Fulfilled Products

Many SideQuest Lauren products are made to order or fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners.

This means certain merchandise is produced only after your order is placed and may be manufactured, packaged, or shipped directly to you from a third-party fulfillment location.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.

Made-to-order merchandise may also have different return or exchange eligibility from standard merchandise. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing your order.

4. Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

Your order is subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, and fulfillment availability.

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Product or fulfillment unavailability
• Shipping restrictions
• Payment processing issues
• Orders that cannot legally or practically be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because some products enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

5. Prices, Billing & Payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize payment of the amounts associated with your order.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, product exclusions, or usage limits.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, fulfillment partner, shipping method, and carrier.

Some products require production time before shipment, while others may ship from U.S.-based or international fulfillment locations.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages or at different times because products may be fulfilled by different providers.

Any delivery dates or timeframes displayed by SideQuest Lauren are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the timeframes communicated to you. If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised timeframe, we will address the delay in accordance with applicable law.

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery after an order has shipped.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your purchase is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return eligibility depends on the type of merchandise and the circumstances of the return.

Made-to-order merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or personal preference when the item was produced correctly as ordered.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise may qualify for a replacement or refund subject to the requirements and timeframes stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please do not mail merchandise back without first receiving return instructions from us. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, the address appearing on your original package may not be the appropriate return destination.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and the original content made available through SideQuest Lauren—including our original designs, graphics, branding, logos, written content, photographs, videos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to SideQuest Lauren and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SideQuest Lauren is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with SideQuest Lauren.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from SideQuest Lauren and is not responsible for any aspect of the sales transaction between you and SideQuest Lauren, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased through our store.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with SideQuest Lauren.
